Keymax Crew Information Service (KCIS)

Keymax Crew Information Service (KCIS) functions as a crewing operation portal between ship owners, ship managers, and KEYMAX MARITIME by providing services including:

(1)
Administrative support for superintendents of ship owners and managers

(2)
Filing requirements for ship managers

(3)
Feedback to crew

(4)
Crewing management

(5)
Crew information management

For example, superintendents of principals may view onboard crew lists or lists of candidates over the Internet, at any time, from anywhere, through KCIS. They may also browse sea service experience, assignment plans, safety training enrollment status, crew licenses together with facial portrait photos and license images of individual crew. Furthermore, using KCIS, owners and managers may send business requests or feedback to their crew, or communicate with managers.
