To sustain and improve the quality of our contract-based foreign crew, we believe it is important to maintain high retention levels among our seafarers. KEYMAX MARITIME cooperates with overseas crewing agencies in maintaining a number of seafarer benefit programs -- including a scholarship program for the children of crew with long repeated contracts, and financial assistance for seafarers seeking advanced certification. Assistance is also provided to seafarers' families through the support of family centers. Such programs have helped create a retention rate of over 90%, leading to the stable employment of outstanding seafarers.
